Comet
last updated: June 06, 2004

Comet is a very spry 10 1/2 year old female. Comet's racing name was "Trick or Treat". She was adopted in 2001 and, due to the death of her owner, was again looking for a home.

She is a very personable, outgoing greyhound with a sweet personality.
Comet is cat tolerant and seems to get along well with others. Comet needed extensive dental work to restore her health. She also had extremely overgrown nails, which need special treatment to correct.

With GPA's help she has now received the care she needed. She had 13 teeth extracted and is currently recovering in her special needs foster home. Since her dental surgery, Comet has had an infected salivary gland, which required medical treatment. Her serious dental disease will require careful follow care from her vet until she is stable.

Due to her dental condition, Comet has special needs and will require a special home. She is a loving and otherwise frisky girl who will bring a lot of love to her new adopted family. If you are interested in meeting Comet, please contact GPA. If you would like to help Comet by sponsoring her, please click on the button and help GPA give her the care she needs and deserves.

After receiving medical care, Comet has now found a new home with other greyhounds and loving people to take care of her.
