Sammy and Arrow are littermates that were recently returned to GPA Northwest. They had been adopted together and were returned together. These two wonderful boys are destined to remain together forever.

We would love to keep Sammy and Arrow together in their next home if at all possible; they are 10-1/2 and have been together their whole lives. Arrow is not cat tolerant but is great with Sammy and other dogs his size. We are keeping our fingers crossed that an angel appears and falls in love with them, which will be easy once you meet them.

Sammy has had a dental cleaning with some extractions and all his shots are up to date. He is currently on thyroid medication. He was a little overweight and has trimmed a couple of pound off in his foster home. Sammy has a nervous habit of chewing at the end of his tail, something that will hopefully stop as he becomes more settled.

Both Sammy and Arrow have been on a camping trip with their foster family and did extremely well. They are great in public, continue to be healthy and have great atitudes.

Sammy previously lived with a ferret, which was allowed to be loose in the house. He only growled a little if the ferret got on his bed but never hurt the ferret. Except for Sammy and Arrows beds, the ferret ruled the house and all got along nicely. Sammy is not cat tolerant and needs a home without cats.

Sammy and Arrow have found their home and they will be able to live together forever with a wonderful family who truly understands how special these two boys are and what it means to keep them together. These two dogs are beautiful spirits who's gentle, loving personalities make their new family feel loved.
