A Dog Lovers Valentine Benefit Gala
Saturday, February 16th, 6:00pm You are invited . . . to a special Valentine Gala event to benefit our Greyhound adoption program. Enjoy a gourmet dinner with your Valentine or come as a single to be with other dog lovers. Limited space is available for well-behaved canine friends possessing good manners. Everyone attending will be eligible to win door prizes and all attendees will receive a Valentine gift. Select your gourmet Entree' choice when you make your reservation.
1. Brown sugar cured seared Beef Sirloin, Horseradish Mashed Potato
with Seasonal Vegetable
2. Smoked Chicken Breast, Tropical Jasmine Rice with Island Fruit Salad.
3. Vegetarian Napoleon with Grilled Herbed Polenta
All dinners will be served with Mixed Green Salad tossed with Orange Royale, Red Onion, Carrot Strings, Fried Capers and Fennel.
Willamette Valley Vineyards' Wine will be served with dinner.
To end the evening on a sweet note, A Dessert Buffet will follow dinner.
