“Looking for a friend who will add joy and enthusiasm to your days? Roscoe is your guy! He’s an outdoor enthusiast who will happily accompany you on car rides, walks and outdoor adventures, but is equally happy to binge watch your latest show or nap while you pet his velvety ears. While Roscoe prefers to be with people, he behaves well in the house solo. He’s been left up to 5 hours alone and exhibited no destructive behavior or any evidence of being anxious while alone. Roscoe eats his meals well but does not seem particularly food motivated. He is not super comfortable on all stairs yet but is making good progress. Roscoe enjoys his walks and is generally well mannered on a leash/harness. He can get excited about squirrels and rabbits and try to go after them. He’s working on his reactivity to small animals and is able to “leave it” a little more easily each day. Roscoe is an absolute delight. He is entertaining, wakes up every morning clearly excited to be alive and has a zest for life that is contagious!”
