Sebastian is a playful homebody who adores everyone he meets. He hopes his new family will appreciate his sensitivity and the enormous amount of love he has to give. He is a velcro dog so his new family will never feel alone again. Sebastian can go it solo or live with other dogs as long as he has lots of people time. He is living peacefully with cats in his foster home.
